Our tanker fleet includes tank capacities ranging from 6,000 litres to 22,000 litres, with vacuum performance ranging from approximately 600 CFM to 6,000 CFM.

This broad range of equipment allows GMA to select the most suitable unit for each job based on waste volume, access conditions, suction distance and required vacuum performance.

Our high-powered vacuum units incorporate air induction vacuum technology, providing increased suction performance for challenging applications. This allows material to be removed from greater depths and from locations where direct vehicle access is limited, using extended vacuum hose configurations.

The additional vacuum capacity can also significantly reduce the time required to remove heavy sludge, debris and other difficult materials, resulting in less time on site, improved productivity and reduced disruption to customers and surrounding operations.

GMA has developed a purpose-built vacuum truck capable of delivering approximately 1,530 CFM of suction capacity, compared with approximately 600 CFM available from a conventional vacuum tanker.

The increased vacuum performance provides greater capability when working with:

• Deep sewer structures and wet wells
• Manholes and pump stations
• Long vacuum hose runs
• Restricted or difficult-access locations
• Heavy sludge and sediment
• Sewer and drainage infrastructure
• Industrial tanks and pits
• Emergency response and overflow situations

The unit is also fitted with a dedicated sludge discharge pump capable of transferring material at approximately 1,500 litres per minute.

This allows collected debris and liquid waste to be rapidly transferred into a larger tanker while the vacuum unit remains operational on site. By using larger transport tankers for disposal runs, GMA can reduce unnecessary travel by specialised equipment and maintain productivity at the work location.
